一、插件做什么

「紫苏电子市场插件」（下称“本插件”）是紫苏料号评估监控台（ic.zi-su.com）的配套浏览器插件。你在监控台查询某个电子元器件型号时，本插件在你自己的浏览器里打开创新优选（www.icweb.net）、华强电子网（p.hqew.com）、正能量电子网（www.bom.ai）和 IC 交易网（www.ic.net.cn）的对应行情页面，读取页面上展示的报价、库存和价格走势，回传到你登录的紫苏监控台。在 IC 交易网上，本插件打开该型号的搜索结果页，并按该站自己的分页地址（?page=N）依次翻页读取，读到需要统计的那一段（带认证、排名、「优先」或「热卖」标记的记录）结束就停；这一段最多统计 5 页——若到第 5 页末尾还没结束，本插件会再读第 6 页确认，仍未结束就停止翻页，只记录该站给出的结果总条数。本插件在 IC 交易网上最多读取 6 页。在正能量电子网的行情页上，本插件会点击该页自己的「更多」链接把本页其余记录展开后再读取（不离开该页面，也不调用该站的接口）。

ADI 抢料王（只有你所在公司开通了这项服务、并在紫苏页面上绑定了这台电脑才会做）：你公司的管理员在紫苏「ADI 抢料王」页点「绑定这台电脑的插件」后，本插件每分钟向紫苏监控台问一次该查哪几颗（就是你公司在紫苏上盯着的那几颗 ADI 型号），然后用这台电脑的网络，逐颗请求 ADI 官网购物页自己使用的公开库存接口（eshopservice.analog.com）——每 5 秒最多 1 颗，不登录 ADI、不带 Cookie，也不打开 ADI 的任何网页；再把 ADI 返回的内容交回紫苏，由紫苏判断库存有没有到你们设的数量。被 ADI 限流时，本插件自己暂停（1 分钟起，最长 10 分钟）。

二、读取和上传哪些数据

• 只读取来源行情页上展示的商品行情信息：型号、品牌、供应商名称、批次、封装、报价与阶梯价格、含税口径、挂牌库存、平台库存、参考价、该型号在来源站的搜索次数、历史价格 / 库存 / 搜索次数曲线、报价日期、备注、仓库所在地、该型号在来源站展示的资质与排名标识（如认证类型、现货 / 订货排名、推荐等）、该型号在来源站的结果总条数、行情页和报价的来源链接，以及采集时间；以及该页展示的产品技术参数（封装、包装、分类、品牌属地、生产状态、等级、MPQ、描述及电气参数）。这些都是关于元器件型号的公开行情信息，不含任何个人信息。
• 主动查询与正常浏览留档的信息只发送到你正在使用的那个紫苏监控台网址（与你打开的监控台页面同一个网址），使用你在监控台的登录状态，由服务器核对任务归属后保存。
• ADI 抢料王（绑定之后）：ADI 公开库存接口对这几颗型号返回的内容（型号、库存、价格、购买选项等公开商品信息，原样交给紫苏）、这次查询成功与否（没查到时带 ADI 返回的状态码；ADI 回错误时，另带错误页开头最多 300 个字——其中的 IP 地址和编号先在这台电脑上去掉——以及 Server、Content-Type 两个响应头，只用来判断错误是 ADI 自己回的还是它的 CDN（Akamai）回的，紫苏服务器只留最近 50 条）、查询时刻、本插件的版本号，以及被 ADI 限流时的暂停时长。这些只发送到绑定时的那个紫苏监控台网址，凭绑定时领到的插件口令认出是哪家公司的哪台电脑（不用你的登录状态）；紫苏服务器记下这台电脑的名字（绑定时填的）、是哪个账号绑定的、插件版本、最近一次联系的时间和当天回传次数，用来显示“在线 / 离线”和排查问题。
• 本插件不读取、不上传：Cookie、密码、浏览器历史记录、整页 HTML（上一条说的 ADI 错误页开头除外）、你在任何网站上填写的内容、个人身份信息、支付信息、通讯内容；不跟踪你的浏览行为，也不在紫苏监控台和上述 4 个行情网站以外的任何页面上运行（ADI 那个库存接口只在后台直接请求，本插件不打开、也不在 ADI 的任何网页上运行）。

三、三种采集方式

• 主动查询：你在监控台点「使用插件获取」后，本插件在后台打开来源页面读取行情，完成后自动关闭它自己打开的标签页；你原来开着的标签页不受影响。
• 正常浏览时自动留档（默认开启）：你在同一浏览器里开着并登录了监控台时，正常浏览创新优选的型号行情页（products_more）、华强电子网的型号页（yunquote）或正能量电子网的型号行情页（components-storage），本插件会把该页的行情信息与产品技术参数，连同该页网址、采集时间自动保存到监控台。只限这三类行情页，不涉及其它任何网页；IC 交易网不参与正常浏览留档，只有你在监控台上发起查询时才会被读取。可随时在插件图标弹出的窗口里关闭。
• 每天定时采（默认关闭，只有你公司的管理员在紫苏「中国市场监控」页打开、并在那里绑定了这台电脑才会做）：到了你们设定的整点（北京时间），本插件向紫苏监控台问一次今天要采的型号（就是你公司在「中国市场监控」名单里的型号，最多 50 颗），然后一颗一颗按上面「主动查询」同样的方式在后台打开来源页面读取行情、交回监控台：上一颗交完才开始下一颗，两颗之间随机间隔 60 到 120 秒；IC交易网同一型号翻页也随机等待 60 到 120 秒；任何一个来源页面要求登录、出现验证或提示访问太快，这一轮立刻停止，本插件不替你登录、不处理验证，那个标签页留着由你自己处理。这一路交回的数据和主动查询完全一样；交回时只认绑定时紫苏发给这台电脑的插件口令，不使用你在监控台的登录状态。

四、数据如何保存、谁能看到

• 采集到的行情保存在紫苏监控台服务器上，作为料号行情历史，目前不设自动过期。
• 行情数据在紫苏平台内共享给其他用户查看，但不显示是谁采集的；服务器会记录提交的账号，仅用于核对任务和排查问题。
• 我们不出售、不出租、不转让这些数据，不用于广告，也不用于评估信用或放贷。
• 本插件在浏览器本地保存这几类内容：“正常浏览时自动留档”开关（chrome.storage.local）；尚未送达监控台的采集结果与去重记录（chrome.storage.session，关闭浏览器即清除）；绑定了「中国市场监控」每天定时采的，还有插件口令、这台电脑的名字和今天这一轮的进度（chrome.storage.local；在插件弹窗里停用，口令立即删除；在紫苏页面上解绑的，插件下一次联系紫苏时删除）；绑定了 ADI 抢料王的，还有插件口令、这台电脑的名字和最近一次查询的状态（chrome.storage.local；在插件弹窗里停用，口令立即删除；在紫苏页面上解绑的，插件下一次联系紫苏时删除）。

五、权限说明

• storage：保存上面那个开关，以及回传暂时失败时暂存的采集结果。
• scripting：在来源行情页上读取行情表格和图表数据。
• alarms：回传暂时失败时定时重试，任务到期即停止；绑定了 ADI 抢料王的，每分钟一次去查那几颗 ADI 型号；绑定了「中国市场监控」每天定时采的，每 5 分钟问一次紫苏是否到点，以及按紫苏定的时刻（上一颗交完后 60 到 120 秒）采下一颗。
• 网站访问权限只有 7 个：ic.zi-su.com 和 buy.xhcomponents.com（同一个紫苏监控台，后者是仍在使用的旧地址）；www.icweb.net、p.hqew.com、www.bom.ai、www.ic.net.cn（行情来源）；eshopservice.analog.com（ADI 官网的公开库存接口，只在绑定 ADI 抢料王之后使用）。
• 本插件的全部代码都打包在插件内，不从网络下载、执行任何代码。

六、你的选择

• 关闭“正常浏览时自动留档”、也没有绑定「中国市场监控」每天定时采的，只有你主动点查询时才会采集。
• 绑定过「中国市场监控」每天定时采的：随时可以在插件弹窗里点「这台电脑停用」（只停这一台），或由你公司的管理员在紫苏「中国市场监控」页关闭每天定时采、解绑这台电脑；之后本插件不再按名单定时采集。
• 绑定过 ADI 抢料王的：随时可以在插件弹窗里点「这台电脑停用」（只停这一台），或由你公司的管理员在紫苏「ADI 抢料王」页解绑；之后本插件不再访问 ADI。
• 随时可以在浏览器的扩展程序页移除本插件；移除后，插件在本地保存的内容一并删除。
• 如需删除你提交过的数据，或对本政策有任何疑问，请写信到 carl@zi-su.com。

七、政策更新

本政策如有变化，会更新本页并修改上方的更新日期。本插件对所收集信息的使用遵守 Chrome 应用商店用户数据政策，包括其中的“有限使用”要求。

Zisu Electronic Market Extension — Privacy Policy

1. What the extension does

The Zisu Electronic Market Extension (“the extension”, Chinese name 紫苏电子市场插件) is the browser companion of the Zisu part-evaluation console (ic.zi-su.com). When you look up an electronic component part number in the console, the extension opens the matching market pages of ICWeb (www.icweb.net), HQEW (p.hqew.com), Bom.ai (www.bom.ai) and IC.net.cn (www.ic.net.cn) in your own browser, reads the quotes, stock and price trends shown on those pages, and sends them back to the Zisu console account you are signed in to. On IC.net.cn the extension opens that part number's search result page and follows the site's own pagination links (?page=N) until the section it counts (listings carrying certification, ranking, “优先” or “热卖” marks) ends. That section is counted for at most 5 pages: if it has not ended by the end of page 5, the extension reads page 6 to confirm, and if it still continues the extension stops paging and records only the total result count reported by the site. The extension never reads more than 6 pages on IC.net.cn. On a Bom.ai market page the extension clicks that page's own “更多” (more) links to expand the remaining rows of the current page before reading it; it does not leave the page and does not call the site's API.

ADI stock watch (only if your company has this service enabled and has bound this computer on the Zisu page): after your company's administrator clicks “绑定这台电脑的插件” (bind this computer's extension) on the Zisu “ADI 抢料王” page, the extension asks the Zisu console once a minute which parts to check (the ADI part numbers your company watches on Zisu), then, using this computer's network, requests the public stock endpoint that ADI's own buy pages use (eshopservice.analog.com) for those parts one at a time — at most one part every 5 seconds, without signing in to ADI, without cookies, and without opening any ADI web page — and hands ADI's response back to Zisu, which decides whether stock has reached the quantity your company set. If ADI rate-limits this computer, the extension pauses on its own (starting at 1 minute, up to 10 minutes).

2. What data is read and uploaded

• Only product market information displayed on those market pages: part number, brand, supplier name, batch, package, prices and price breaks, tax basis, listed stock, platform stock, reference price, the part's search count on the source site, historical price / stock / search-count charts, quote dates, remarks, links to the market page and quotes, and the capture time. All of this is public market information about an electronic component part number and contains no personal information.
• For on-request capture and automatic capture while browsing, this information is sent only to the Zisu console address you are using (the same address as the console page you have open), using your existing console session; the server verifies that the task belongs to you before saving it.
• ADI stock watch (after binding): the content returned by ADI's public stock endpoint for those parts (part number, stock, prices, purchase options and similar public product information, passed to Zisu as is), whether the lookup succeeded (with ADI's status code when it did not; when ADI returns an error, also the first 300 characters of the error page — with IP addresses and reference numbers removed on this computer first — and its Server and Content-Type response headers, used only to tell whether the error came from ADI itself or from its CDN, Akamai; the Zisu server keeps only the latest 50 of these), the lookup time, the extension version, and the pause length when ADI rate-limits this computer. This is sent only to the Zisu console address where the binding was made, identified by the extension token issued at binding (not by your sign-in session). The Zisu server records this computer's name (entered at binding), which account bound it, the extension version, the time of its most recent contact and the number of reports that day, to show online / offline status and for troubleshooting.
• The extension does not read or upload cookies, passwords, browsing history, full-page HTML (except the start of an ADI error page described above), anything you type on any website, personally identifiable information, payment information or personal communications. It does not track your browsing and does not run on any web page other than those of the Zisu console and the four market sites above (ADI's stock endpoint is requested directly in the background; the extension does not open or run on any ADI web page).

3. Three ways data is captured

• On request: after you click “使用插件获取” (fetch with the extension) in the console, the extension opens the source pages in background tabs, reads the market data, and closes only the tabs it opened.
• Automatic capture while browsing (on by default): while the console is open and signed in in the same browser, when you normally visit an ICWeb part market page (products_more), an HQEW part page (yunquote) or a Bom.ai part market page (components-storage), the extension saves that page’s market information, together with the page address and capture time, to the console. Only these three kinds of market pages are involved. You can turn this off at any time in the extension’s popup.
• Daily scheduled capture (off by default; only when your company's administrator turns it on and binds this computer on the Zisu “中国市场监控” page): at the hour your company chose (Beijing time), the extension asks the console which parts to capture today (the parts on your company's list, at most 50), then captures them one at a time exactly like “On request” above. The next part starts only after the previous one has been delivered, with a random 60–120 second pause between parts and between IC交易网 result pages. If any source page asks you to sign in, shows a verification step or says you are going too fast, the run stops at once; the extension never signs in or solves verification for you and leaves that tab open for you. Delivery uses the extension token issued to this computer when it was bound, not your console session.

4. Storage and sharing

• Captured market data is stored on the Zisu console server as part-number market history, currently without automatic expiry.
• Market data is shared with other users of the Zisu platform without showing who captured it; the server records the submitting account only for task verification and troubleshooting.
• We do not sell, rent or transfer this data, and do not use it for advertising or for determining creditworthiness or lending purposes.
• Locally, the extension stores the “automatic capture” switch (chrome.storage.local) and captures not yet delivered plus de-duplication records (chrome.storage.session, cleared when the browser closes). If daily scheduled capture is bound, it also stores the extension token, this computer's name and today's progress (chrome.storage.local; the token is deleted at once when you turn it off in the popup, or the next time the extension contacts Zisu after an administrator unbinds it). If ADI stock watch is bound, it also stores the extension token, this computer's name and the status of the latest lookup (chrome.storage.local; the token is deleted at once when you turn it off in the popup, or the next time the extension contacts Zisu after an administrator unbinds it).

5. Permissions

• storage: keeps the switch above and temporarily holds captures when delivery fails.
• scripting: reads the market tables and charts on the source market pages.
• alarms: retries delivery after a temporary failure, stopping when the task expires; if ADI stock watch is bound, runs the once-a-minute ADI check; if daily scheduled capture is bound, asks the console every 5 minutes whether it is time, and starts the next part at the time the console sets (60–120 seconds after the previous part is delivered).
• Host access is limited to seven sites: ic.zi-su.com and buy.xhcomponents.com (the same Zisu console — the latter is a legacy address still in service); www.icweb.net, p.hqew.com, www.bom.ai and www.ic.net.cn (market sources); and eshopservice.analog.com (ADI's public stock endpoint, used only after ADI stock watch is bound).
• All code is packaged inside the extension; no remote code is downloaded or executed.

6. Your choices

• With automatic capture off and daily scheduled capture not bound, data is captured only when you ask for it.
• If daily scheduled capture is bound: turn it off for this computer at any time with “这台电脑停用” in the extension popup, or have your company's administrator turn it off or unbind this computer on the Zisu “中国市场监控” page.
• If ADI stock watch is bound: turn it off for this computer at any time with “这台电脑停用” in the extension popup, or have your company's administrator unbind it on the Zisu “ADI 抢料王” page; the extension then stops contacting ADI.
• Remove the extension at any time from your browser’s extensions page; its locally stored data is removed with it.
• To delete data you have submitted, or for any question about this policy, email carl@zi-su.com.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, this page and the “last updated” date above will be updated. The use of information received by this extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
